DOYENNE
EXECUTIVE PROGRAM

Doyenne Executive Program (DEP) is a unique and exclusive series of leadership transformative training and workshop designed specifically for professional women in public, private, and social sectors in Tanzania.

The program aims to improve personal leadership by enriching the knowledge, tools, and skills needed to excel in leadership roles and make a significant impact in organizations and communities. We address the key personal leadership competencies and challenges, collectively provide practical methodologies and solutions, and foster a supportive community and learning environment. The program strives to unlock the individual potential of women leaders and contribute to gender equality in Tanzania.

OUR METHODOLOGY

We have established a distinctive and unconventional leadership development approach that apprehends the needs, culture, environment, and challenges of women leaders in Tanzania.

We recognize the importance of enhancing the personal leadership element to yield productivity and realize a leader’s individual potential, as it has been proven impossible to serve from an empty vessel.

MEDITATION

Access inner stillness to see things more objectively using a process that trains our brain to have little distraction and be able to purposefully reflect on a specific issue, regulate emotions better, and allow us to manage stress and anxiety.

SELF-REFLECTION

Accelerate self-development by applying the mechanism of questioning our deeply held assumptions, seeking new ways of transforming from within to gain a better understanding of ourselves, our values, vision, knowledge, and skills so we can learn from our experiences, and adapt, readjust, rediscover, and rekindle our fire

DIVERSIFIED LEARNING

Enhance transformative learning using different techniques such as reading poems, stories, conversations, drawings, excursions and playing games because games end for everyone, but we all remain with a story and lesson that goes well beyond that.

NETWORK & COMMUNITY

Develop meaningful connections and build a community to support and hold each other accountable to our values and vision throughout this leadership transformative journey.
